Scottish Coastline Cameos is a series of four small, handmade, silver gelatine prints that represent some of my better work of the last two years in a very manageable size (there is lot to be said for a big print, but it requires a big wall space).

These prints are produced by contact printing from large format camera negatives, showing the negative rebate, and while small, they are, nevertheless, processed to my usual standard, printed on fibre-based paper and selenium toned for increased resistance to air pollutants — properly framed I’d expect them to last well into the next century. The image area is 4x5 inches in size, including the negative rebate, and the overall size of the print, with margins, is 4.5” x 6.25” (with a bigger 1” white margin at the bottom).
